Katana Qintian Manganese Steel Black 擎天
Katana Qintian | Full Tang High Manganese Steel Blade | Polished Edge | Feathered Black-White Saya
The Qintian (“Sky Pillar”) is a full-tang katana forged from high manganese steel, offering balanced durability, resilience, and an expressive blade presence. Its smooth curvature and polished surface reflect the quiet refinement of traditional sword craftsmanship, making it suitable for both display and martial training.
The blade features a flowing etched pattern that moves along its length like distant clouds, adding depth without overwhelming the silhouette. The tsuba presents a subdued dark hammered form, paired with alloy fuchi and kashira that unify the mounting with a calm, grounded character.
The tsuka is formed from natural wood, its grain visible and warm to the touch — a grip that feels organic, steady, and sincere. The saya is black with soft white feathered streaks and is paired with a black sageo, creating a quiet monochrome composition reminiscent of wings cutting through still air.
The Qintian katana embodies clarity, calm, and presence—a blade that does not seek attention but naturally holds it.
