Katana Golden Jinzhu Damascus Folded Red 金竹
Katana Jinzhu | Full Tang Damascus Steel Folded Blade | Polished Edge | Wine-Red Saya
The Jinzhu (“Crimson Bamboo”) is a finely forged full-tang katana featuring a Damascus folded steel blade, where layered patterns flow along the surface like woodgrain in motion. This natural wave-like texture reflects both the forging process and the quiet persistence of craftsmanship — strength formed through repetition and pressure.
The blade carries a smooth, polished curvature that moves with restrained confidence. The tsuba features a subtle dark geometry that echoes the blade’s layered patterns, while the alloy fuchi and kashira work together to complete the mounting with a composed and grounded presence.
The tsuka is wrapped in black ito, forming the iconic diamond-pattern grip with a balanced monochrome look that feels steady and controlled in the hand. The saya is wine-red and is paired with a black sageo, introducing depth and warmth, like the tone of aged wood or dusk settling beneath quiet clouds.
The Jinzhu katana expresses endurance, patience, and enduring calm — a blade shaped not for display alone, but as a quiet place for the spirit to rest within.
Sword holder or stand sold separately.
